He’s gone upstate (NY) to see a specialist, but then had a relapse. So he’s in another hospital with his fourth intestinal blockage. He’s going to be there another couple of days, so it’ll be a bit longer until we can hear from him online.
He mentioned that the previous hospital should’ve kept him on a liquid diet, so I’m thinking that he can make an issue of it with them and cut costs…or more. He doesn’t need anymore surgery tho, so that’s a relief, but he’s back on suction…and that still sucks. heh.
Please keep sending your warm wishes and keep him in your thoughts. This is the best help that any of us can give him right now.

Donated again. I hope this is the last time he has to go to the Hospital for this.
The only thing I’m worried about is PayPal. They have a history of freezing donation accounts and stealing all the money in it.

ill donate as soon as possible..its sad to see something like this happen and i hope all the best for the guy! -having had many problems in the past with family and friends being in the hospital and bills amounting i know there are many organizations that can be looked into to help the guy out, also if the hospital before did in fact screw up its time to call a lawyer to look into it because everything that could have happened after the fact will be their fault…humans make mistakes too but hospitals also have insurance companies for that reason. anyway, keep your head up and keep hope! youve got a massive gaming community behind you brother!

This is the least anyone could for all of the wonderful entertainment Devon has provided. (Actually I am wearing my NES shirt right now). When I saw the Go For Broke day video and he was not in it I knew something was amiss.
Please take care of yourself Devon, remember NES will be back.
